As Vice President of User Experience at CA (6th largest software company in the world with over 13,000 employees and over $4 billion in annual revenue), Russell Wilson provides the creative leadership and guiding principles to deliver best of class products that set the industry standard for design and usability.
Prior to CA, Russell was the Vice President of Product Design at NetQoS, where he was responsible for the user interface design of all NetQoS products. During his tenure, NetQoS achieved customer satisfaction levels “among the highest ever seen” (independent survey), revenue increased dramatically, and NetQoS was recognized by Deloitte as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States. Russell was part of the leadership team through the successful acquisition of NetQoS by CA.
Prior to joining NetQoS, Russell served as the Vice President of Engineering and Integration for HyPerformix, a predictive IT management vendor, and President and CEO of ALVE Technology, a call center management software company. Wilson began his career with IBM, where he held development manager and design lead positions.
